Our products are used primarily by customers to understand the molecular basis of life and potential mechanisms of disease, as well as to identify attractive targets for drug development. The principal customers in the life sciences research and drug discovery markets are laboratories generally associated with Diagnostic labs, universities, medical research centers, government institutions, Biopharma and other research institutions as well as biotechnology, pharmaceutical, energy, agricultural, and chemical companies. Life sciences researchers use our reagents to perform a broad range of experiments in the laboratory. In addition, our tools are used in applied markets such as forensics.
Since its inception in March 2022, our company has successfully served over 250 customers and established an installed base of approximately 175 instruments across various states. The team comprises about 25 members, including more than 12 sales professionals and over 6 service and application engineers.
